      Has any one noted how high the lowest grade minimum wage for the Metal and Engineering Industries, grade H - some one who knows f...all and just starts, and can not even identify a component, or even solder a component for that matter, must get R 28.34 an hour as an entry point. Where do they get this from. Then they wonder why the manufacturing sector is decreasing and there is an increase in unemployment - labour cost is miles too high, more than double what it should be.

      That said, if that list doesn't scare off someone thinking of becoming an employer ......
